What is the processing of personal data?

Is any act or series of operations carried out with or without the use of automated means, on personal data or sets of personal data, such as the collection, registration, organisation, structure, storage, adaptation or alteration, recovery, search for information, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or any other form of disposal, correlation or combination, restriction, deletion or destruction.

Personal Data we process

Personal data is any information relating to a identified or identifiable natural person ("data subject"). The identifiable natural person is the one whose identity can be ascertained, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identification element, such as name, ID number, location data, online ID or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.

The personal data we process on our website are:

  • In the Contact form: name, email and telephone
  • In the advertising sector: photos with geographic, constructional, operational and financial property data

For what purposes we process personal data

Personal data is processed (collected, stored, retrieved, grouped, sorted, suspended) by us because our professional integrity requires it (a legitimate interest) in order to fully realise our real estate services.

How long do we store personal data

The personal data of employees of cooperating businesses with us or our customers are retained for as long as our professional relationship lasts unless the demand for deletion is preceded.

What are the rights of the person?

  • Be informed by us for processing purposes = See section titled  "For what purposes we process your personal data "
  • Be informed by us of the categories of personal data = See the section  "Personal data we process ",
  • Be informed by us of the recipients = Personal data are not transferred to other countries, they are not transferred to international organisations,
  • Be informed by us of the storage time = Personal data is stored until the end of our partnership or until you ask us to delete them;
  • Be prompted for correction = If it comes to your attention that some personal data was posted incorrectly or because something changed along the way, you can ask us to fix it.
  • Be prompted for deletion = You have the right to  "Oblivion " and whenever you wish ask us to delete all personal data you have entered
  • Request a limitation of processing = You can, for example, ask us to receive informative emails instead of one each month, one email every two months or quarterly, etc.
  • Reaction to their processing = You can contact us, e.g. by phone or fax or by email, requesting your personal data not to be stored-processed
  • Undo Consent = In this case you will simply not receive communication from us and it will obviously not be possible to cooperate,
  • Information on automated decision making = Personal data is not subject to automated decision-making (this is done on human resources sites with a precontrol of colour, ethnicity, origin, age, or in systems of some companies monitoring work performance and correlation with sensitive data or in banks or insurance undertakings)
  • Request a copy of personal data = What's simpler than giving you the information you entered, nothing more or less,
  • To submit a complaint to a supervisory authority = Our intention is to immediately satisfy your statutory rights, if any of your requests were not satisfied within one month, we will inform you if we need an additional extension of another month or notify you of the reasons we are unable to fulfill your request, so you can decide whether you want to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority

Which mechanisms protect personal data?

  • The security of surveillance processing on our website is maintained at high levels by applying encryption methods. For example:
    • your browsing on our site is done with the encrypted HTTPS protocol,
    • communication is encrypted with synchronous algorithms compliant with TLS 1.0, 1.1 and 1.2 standards,
    • used stantard digital headings, which guide the Web browser to avoid the execution of suspicious code
    • used stantard digital e-mail entries that help our server maintain its reliability high
    • security of browsing our website and communication through it is regularly monitored with reliable public control tools (Mozilla Observatory).
  • We apply a special policy for destroying handwritten documents and electronic storage media, when the life time of the containing data has expired

Our special obligations

  • If a breach of the privacy of personal data has occurred, which involves the possibility that personal data have been disclosed, then within 72 hours of the recognition of the incident we notify the competent supervisory authority and the individuals to whom personal data belongs.
  • Since we are not more than 250 employees in our business, and we perform occasional processing of personal data to a small number of individuals, therefore we do not obliged in keeping a record of processing personal Data activities.
  • However the bi-directional sending of emails in our system keeps a record.
  • The services we provide concern adults and not children. We do not perform adult-minor authentication on our website, nor do we believe that our site is harmful to children. If by chance a child gains access to our site we believe that it did so after the necessary parental or patronizing consent.
  • We do not obliged to the recruitment of data protection Officer DPO, because:
    • We are not public service
    • We do not have as our core business the processing of personal data on a large scale
    • We do not have as our core activity the processing of sensitive or criminal data on a large scale
  • However, we come to regular communication and cooperation with specialized professionals of the kind to control and review our security policy

Risk assessment of personal data management

The hazard word is used in modern ISO standards to  "quantify " the likelihood of occurrence and severity of the effects of a risk. The danger in our case is the violation of the confidentiality of personal data, i.e. their disclosure, and the severity of the impact that refers to the natural persons to whom the data belongs.

  • Regardless of the number of people and their personal data that we process on our site and in our facilities, in the way we work and with our security mechanisms, we estimate that the final hazard is negligible.
  • It should be emphasised here that the Internet communication mechanisms do not protect the user if the device used to type the data is infected with a virus, because the virus can for example be of the kind that records the Keystrokes.

When our client conducts electronic communication from his/her own device (mobile, laptop, tablet), we strongly recommend taking protection measures from violating confidentiality by viruses.
